Trainer, Wright and Paterno is a locally owned public accounting firm with offices in Huntington, West Virginia. The firm was founded in 1972 by Donald E. Trainer and Charles William Wright, although the history extends back over fifty years. During the course of the last thirty-five years, Trainer, Wright and Paterno has established one of the best reputations for an accounting firm in the State of West Virginia.


We are members of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As members of PCPS, we have agreed to subject our polices and procedures to an independent outside review. In our most recent peer review the report stated that in the opinion of the peer review team "the system of quality control for the accounting and auditing practice of Trainer, Wright & Paterno in effect for the year ended September 30, 2005, meet the objectives of quality control standards established by the AICPA, and was being complied with during the year ended to provide the firm with reasonable assurance of comforming with professional standards."
